What is Motion JPEG? |

It is a kind of AVI file generally supported on Windows OS. When recorded, each frame in the video is independently compressed with the JPEG format. In playback mode, the camera displays those JPEG images sequentially. In comparison to MPEG that saves only difference information in the series, Motion JPEG enables easier movie editing.
